Job summary
Synpulse Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior Pega Consultant to drive enterprise-scale digital transformations for major banking and financial services clients.
You will design, develop, and implement scalable Pega solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experiences. Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into robust technical designs, lead design discussions, and ensure high-quality delivery through code reviews and Agile
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software development experience with at least 5 years in Pega development.
- Strong experience with Pega BPM, Case Management, Decisioning, and Workflow Automation.
- CSSA certification is a definite advantage.
- Experience with CLM, KYC, AML, onboarding, or regulatory tech is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of system integration patterns, REST/SOAP, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Pega Platform.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide development best practices.
- Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality delivery standards.
- Support Agile delivery, testing, deployment, and production releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage directly with client stakeholders.
