Job summary

CANOSSAVILLE CHILDREN AND COMMUNITY SERVICES is looking for a Senior Speech and Language Therapist to provide therapy and education for children. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and support children’s communication needs.

The ideal candidate should possess an undergraduate or master’s degree in Speech Pathology and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a pediatric setting. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in pediatric / school-based setting.
• Preferred: At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory/management role.
• Relevant experience working with students with hearing loss is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment to determine child’s level of functioning.
• Provide evidence-based intervention based on evaluation of needs.
• Evaluate intervention progress and outcomes regularly.

Capacity to work effectively under pressure

Education

Undergraduate or Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology

Fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council of Singapore
