MindChamps Allied Care @ Holland V is seeking a Speech Therapist to assess and write individualized intervention plans for children with speech and language challenges. The role includes leading group therapy sessions and maintaining productive communications with parents after each session.

You will update case notes, collaborate with other professionals, and stay current with pediatric speech therapy developments while ensuring AHPC compliance.

Competenze

• Diploma, degree or postgraduate qualification in speech therapy from a recognized university.
• Registered and complies with the Allied Health Professions Act 2011 regulations.
• At least 3 years experience working with children preferred.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Assesses and provides individualized Speech Therapy intervention for children with various speech and language challenges.
• Conducts group Speech Therapy classes for socialization and communication.
• Maintains regular feedback with parents and caregivers with progress updates and home strategies.
• Updates parents after each session with text, photos or videos.
• Keeps case notes up to date post-sessions.
• Builds and maintains professional relationships with other field professionals.
• Keeps abreast of developments in Pediatric Speech Therapy and adheres to AHPC guidelines.
