Job summary

Qorvo, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Sr PCB Layout Engineer to create and modify PCB designs and detailed CAD drawings, collaborating with RF, mechanical, and test teams to move designs from concept to manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has a BSE degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and at least 6 years of related experience, with strong HDI layout and DFx knowledge. This role is based in Singapore and requires close coordination with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BSE degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 6+ years of experience.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as Altium (main) and Allegro for multi-site schematic entry and multi-layer HDI boards.
• Strong HDI design experience for high count BGA packages and RF layout design.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute end-to-end PCB design using Altium, including schematic capture and HDI layout from concept to fabrication.
• Facilitate design reviews and ensure accuracy of schematics, BOMs, layouts, and ECOs with full traceability.
• Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, procurement and manufacturing teams to optimize performance and DFx requirements.
• Prepare complete design documentation including Gerber files, BOMs and release to manufacturing.
