Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to support accurate, timely payroll for Asia (Australia, Korea, Japan, Singapore) and to collaborate with vendors, internal partners, and employees to ensure compliant payroll operations. You will help prepare, validate, and reconcile payroll data while driving process improvements.

Reporting to the Payroll Director in the UK, you will contribute to data validation, issue resolution, and cross-country payroll initiatives, strengthening Asia payroll

Qualifications

• Regional payroll expertise across Asia (5-7 years)
• Experience with statutory payroll requirements and government reporting
• Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems and data reconciliation
• Analytical mindset with ability to handle complex payroll data

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and reconcile payroll data across ASIA region
• Respond to employee inquiries and manage payroll cases
• Collaborate with payroll vendors and internal partners to ensure timely, compliant payroll
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase payroll efficiency
• Maintain and update payroll process documentation
