Job summary

National University Health System, at JurongHealth Campus, seeks Patient Service Associates to be ambassadors of exceptional patient service. You will assist in payment collection for discharges, conduct financial counselling for inpatient stays, and support discharge procedures.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with all staff levels, and willingness to work two rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays) with two days off per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Levels with 1 year of customer service experience.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N Levels with 1 year of working experience in customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff
• Strong passion to serve the patients
• Willing to work 2 rotating shifts (9am to 6pm / 11am to 8pm), including weekends and public holidays with 2 days off a week.
