Job summary

A leading pastry company in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to supervise bakery activities and ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, a certificate in Food and Beverage Management, and a passion for baking. Responsibilities include training staff, menu planning, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. This position requires the ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years working pastry experiences in F&B industry.
  • Possess WSQ Hygiene Certificate is an advantage.
  • Able to do shift work, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all bakery activities to ensure dishes are prepared according to recipes.
  • Ensure kitchen operations and food safety standards are met.
  • Train new employees for consistency in food presentation.
