Job summary

Commonwealth Culinary Creations Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on operator to produce pastry, savoury, kitchen and bakery items at scale.

You will help maintain consistent quality in every batch and ensure proper packing, labelling and storage of ingredients and finished products. You will assist with production planning documentation, support logistics and adhere to the highest safety, sanitary and halal/compliance standards set by local authorities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on work in making pastry/savoury/kitchen/bakery products
• Maintain consistent quality in preparation of products
• Ensure proper packing, labelling and storage of ingredients and products
• Assist with logistics such as trolley wrap/cover/retrievability, product picking & dispatch
• Execute all duties tasked by Reporting Officers in the department
• Observe and adhere to highest safety, sanitary & hygiene standards
• Comply with FSSC, AVA and other local food authorities, including MUIS/Halal
• Perform or assist with administrative activities such as production planning & FSSC/SAP documentation
• Ensure proper and safe use of all equipment and work areas
• Observe local compliance and quality standards for production in Singapore
