Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in planning and strategic partnerships.
• Experience in project conceptualisation and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Ability to work in a fluid environment amidst multiple demands.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and workplans to augment NUHS’ role in new health/ social policies and to advance social-health integration.
• Identify opportunities and hold regular engagements with agency/community partners and internal stakeholders to drive shared successes.
• Oversee end-to-end project management of assigned collaboration/initiative(s).
