NUHS Population Health & Community Care (PHCC) seeks a Regional Health Manager for western Singapore to lead strategic development of portfolios that advance social-health integration and enhance community care delivery. The role collaborates with NUHS hospitals, polyclinics, GP networks and community partners to rollout new policies and initiatives in population health.

About the Role

Reporting tothe Assistant Director, Partnerships and Collaboration, the Position Holder will be responsible for the strategic development of portfolios to advance social-health integration and enhance the delivery of care in the community. This includes ideation and management of collaborations with partners and within NUHS to support the roll out of new policies and initiatives to augment NUHS’ role as the population health manager for the western region.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's Degree
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience
• Prior experience in planning and strategic partnerships
• Experience in project conceptualisation and working with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Ability to work in a fluid environment amidst multiple demands

The successful candidate will be placed in an appropriate position based on experience.
