Job summary

You will support clinicians during consultations and procedures, manage clinical and admin duties, and maintain accurate patient records. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Singapore Nursing Board registration, and at least 5 years of healthcare experience with leadership and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing required.
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to infants and children (phlebotomy, vaccines, wound care, dressings).
• Assist doctors during consultations, treatments, minor procedures.
• Oversee daily clinic operations for smooth, safe service delivery.
• Ensure MOH protocols and SOPs compliance.
• Dispense medications accurately and monitor inventory; perform quarterly stock takes.
• Maintain confidential patient records and manage registrations, appointments, referrals.
• Handle patient inquiries professionally by phone.
• Process insurance claims, billing and payments.
