Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, age-appropriate nursing care to infants and children, including phlebotomy, vaccinations, wound care, and dressing changes.
• Assist doctors during consultations, treatments, minor surgical procedures, and other specialty-related procedures.
• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, SOPs, and MOH regulations.
• Dispense medications accurately, monitor inventory, and conduct quarterly stock takes.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, confidential patient medical records.
• Support clinical and administrative processes, including patient registration, admissions, appointment scheduling, and referrals.
• Handle telephone calls and respond professionally to enquiries from patients, parents, and caregivers.
• Process insurance claims, billing, and payment collections accurately.
• Provide regular updates on relevant clinical and operational matters.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a small team to manage clinical and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
