Job summary

WhiteCoat is seeking a hands-on Senior Nurse with Paediatric experience to join our clinical team in Singapore. You will deliver safe, gentle care for routine vaccinations and general paediatric visits, working closely with doctors to keep care smooth and comfortable for kids and families.

On a day-to-day basis you will measure height/weight and vital signs, perform vaccinations, monitor respiratory status, conduct finger-prick tests, assist with swab tests and blood/urine collection, and manage

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid SNB registration.
• Paediatric nursing experience preferred in a clinic or outpatient setting.
• BCLS/BLS certification is required.
• Strong communication and meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Nurse with Paediatric experience to join WhiteCoat's clinical team, delivering safe, gentle, and efficient care to our patients. You’ll be the calm, capable presence in the room, whether it’s a routine vaccination or a worried parent’s first visit, working closely with our doctors to keep paediatric care smooth, safe, and comfortable for kids and their families.

On a day-to-day basis, this means you will:

• Measuring of height and weight, vital signs (eg. blood pressure, ECG)
• Perform vaccinations and injections with precision and care, keeping every child as comfortable and safe as possible
• Carry out suctioning procedures to maintain airway patency and support respiratory function in paediatric patients
• Administer nebulisations accurately, monitoring each child’s response and adjusting treatment to optimise respiratory outcomes
• Conduct finger prick blood tests with meticulous technique that keeps results reliable and discomfort low
• Perform swab tests with close attention to protocol for accurate diagnosis
• Facilitate blood collection and assist with urine sample collection, handling specimens with care while protecting patient privacy and dignity
• Carry out simple dressing changes with precision and strict infection control, supporting optimal wound healing and comfort
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, billing and payment, parent and guardian communication, and documentation, keeping care coordinated and the clinical team in sync
• Rostering management for the clinic

What we are looking for

• Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration
• Prior experience in paediatric nursing, a paediatric clinic, or a similar outpatient care setting preferred
• Competent in phlebotomy, finger prick testing, nebulisation, vital signs monitoring, and swab testing
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced clinic environment with young patients and anxious parents
• Valid BCLS/BLS certification
• Strong communication skills, with the patience and warmth to put children and parents at ease
• Meticulous with documentation and infection control protocols
