Job summary

ASCENSUS HEALTH GROUP PTE. LTD. is recruiting a skilled nurse to perform essential nursing duties including phlebotomy, vaccinations and wound care.

You will support doctors in minor procedures and help ensure smooth surgical processes within a small team. Ideal candidates hold a Nursing Diploma or Degree and have at least five years of healthcare experience, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing and registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience with clinical and admin duties.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Patient care and service-oriented attitude; works well in team.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic nursing duties (e.g. phlebotomy, vaccination and wounds dressing).
• Assist doctors with minor medical procedures and ensure the smooth operation of surgical processes.
• Dispense medications accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain drugs inventory level and perform quarterly stock take.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
• Handle phone calls and enquiries, including remote monitoring.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient registration.
• Booking of referral appointments.
• Perform clinical and administrative duties in clinic and specialty-related procedures during admissions.
• Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations.
• Patient education & nurse monitoring.
• Work efficiently, independently and collaboratively within the small team to multitask required duties.
• Regularly update on clinical management as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management.
