Job summary

BlackStone eIT is seeking a talented Outsystems Senior Developer in Singapore to lead major Outsystems initiatives and mentor junior developers. You will design, build and deploy Outsystems solutions that drive client value and align with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in software development with Outsystems, 3+ years in a leadership role, strong design-pattern knowledge, and excellent communication to collaborate with stakeholders and drive successful delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
7+ years of software development experience, Outsystems focus.
3+ years in leadership or senior role within the Outsystems ecosystem.
Deep understanding of design patterns and software development best practices.
Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Proactive mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
Outsystems certification(s) is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver Outsystems applications in alignment with business requirements.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices.
Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure the successful execution of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
Participate in code reviews and oversee adherence to coding standards.
Stay current with Outsystems advancements and industry innovations to integrate new technologies.
Lead project meetings to track progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
