Job summary

Temus in Singapore seeks an experienced OutSystems Technical Lead to guide a team in designing, developing, and delivering scalable OutSystems applications. You will provide technical leadership, drive solution architecture, and remain hands-on while collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs.

You will lead low-code developers, ensure performance and user adoption, and handle end-to-end investigation and fixes while expanding to related technology areas.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in application development and 3+ years in a technical lead role.
• Proficient in .NET or Java and in database modelling and SQL.
• Experience with OutSystems Platform is a strong advantage.
• Willing to pick up new technologies quickly and independently.
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of developers in designing, developing and delivering OutSystems applications.
• Provide technical leadership, drive solution architecture and stay hands-on in development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions meeting business needs.
• Manage customers, conduct solution discussions and communicate effectively.
• Understand adjacent technology areas (hardware, networking, third-party integrations) to propose robust solutions.
