Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience, Outsystems focus.
• 3+ years in leadership or senior role within the Outsystems ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of design patterns and software development best practices.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Outsystems certification(s) is highly regarded.
