Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced consultant to design, develop, and support OutSystems-based applications in a Singapore government context.

You will work on backend logic, frontend features with Sitefinity, and Oracle Database components, while ensuring security and smooth migrations to modern architectures. Ideal candidates have hands-on OutSystems expertise, at least one government project, and experience handling production incidents, deployments, and performance issues in

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on application development experience using OutSystems.
• Completed at least one Singapore Government project involving an OutSystems-based production system.
• Experience supporting at least one production application after go-live, including incident investigation, defect resolution or application enhancement.
• Hands-on experience working with Oracle Database in an application-development or production support environment.
• Experience in an Enterprise environment with multiple technology areas (database, infrastructure, integration, security, identity).
• Senior Consultant: at least 7 years of hands-on development, including 3+ years with OutSystems.
• Senior Consultant: at least 2 years leading technical delivery and/or defining solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test enhancements and defect fixes for applications built with OutSystems.
• Develop and maintain backend business logic, workflows, and integrations using OutSystems, Oracle Policy Automation when applicable.
• Develop and maintain frontend features using OutSystems and Sitefinity CMS.
• Develop Oracle Database components: schemas, queries, stored procedures and data-integrity controls.
• Investigate and resolve application defects, production incidents and performance issues.
• Support deployments, releases, rollback and post-deployment verification.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Support components hosted on AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, ELB, CodeDeploy, KMS).
• Develop and support security and identity integrations (ADFS, SAML, etc.).
• Assist migration planning and modernisation while maintaining production continuity.
• Produce technical documentation: designs, diagrams, interfaces, deployment procedures and runbooks.
• Senior Consultant: lead end-to-end technical delivery across streams and guide the team.
