Job summary

Pacific Medical Recruitment & Consultancy Pte. Ltd. on behalf of a well-established community healthcare client seeks a Senior Occupational Therapist. The role offers both full-time and part-time positions to help seniors regain independence through tailored rehabilitation programs.

You'll work across Day Rehabilitation Centres in Hougang and Punggol, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, training caregivers, and ensuring safety and accessibility in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Recognized Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Proficient with Google Suite and basic tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients to design targeted, evidence-based intervention plans.
• Support clients in living environments and promote meaningful participation.
• Conduct caregiver and family education sessions.
• Prescribe mobility aids or assistive devices as needed.
• Perform home environment assessments for safety and accessibility.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and standards.
• Support Day Rehabilitation Centres in Hougang and Punggol.
