Responsibilities

• Assess clients' physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and functional needs.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy intervention plans.
• Conduct caregiver training and education.
• Prescribe and recommend appropriate assistive devices and mobility aids.
• Perform home assessments and recommend environmental modifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver holistic care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research, and service development projects.
• Provide training and guidance to therapists, support staff, and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and service standards.
