Job summary

The Kulicke & Soffa Industries, Inc. procurement team is seeking a hands-on Buyer to oversee sourcing activities in Singapore. You will manage supplier relationships, ensure timely delivery, and support cost-effective procurement using Oracle Applications.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders on demand planning, negotiate terms, maintain records, and help uphold compliance and inventory accuracy through disciplined purchasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Procurement & Planning: Oversee supply needs, evaluate requirements, and manage purchase orders using Oracle Applications for timely sourcing.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate pricing and delivery terms, resolve quality issues, and coordinate technical matters between suppliers and internal teams.
• Recordkeeping & Compliance: Maintain procurement records and support inventory tracking and regulatory/compliance needs.
