Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting an experienced training lead for US-listed options to educate clients and internal teams. The role focuses on delivering structured education, market commentary, and practical playbooks, with an emphasis on risk concepts and portfolio considerations.

You will host seminars and webinars, develop digital content, and support client acquisition through education-led engagement, acting as subject matter expert for options platforms and onboarding workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in options trading/sales, derivatives advisory, brokerage, or wealth management/private banking.
Strong knowledge of US listed options, including volatility concepts, options Greeks, and portfolio risk management.
Demonstrated ability to deliver training and education to audiences with different levels of knowledge.
Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills; experience running client events or training sessions.
Comfortable creating educational materials and market updates in written/digital formats.
Familiarity with options trading platforms and client onboarding workflows.

Responsibilities

Deliver regular training sessions for clients and internal sales teams on listed options concepts and usage.
Build and run structured education programmes (introductory through advanced), including fundamentals, strategy application, risk management, volatility concepts, and portfolio considerations.
Produce timely market commentary and actionable listed options trade ideas focused on US equities.
Create educational content that makes options investing easier to understand and apply (playbooks, strategy guides, practical examples).
Host and present at client-facing engagements such as seminars, webinars, workshops, and market briefings.
Support client acquisition and retention initiatives through education-led engagement and value-add insights.
Act as the subject matter expert for options trading platforms, including user onboarding support and best-practice guidance.
Conduct live platform demonstrations for clients and internal teams, explaining workflows, key features, and common use cases.
Develop digital content in multiple formats (e.g., presentation decks, newsletters, short-form videos) to scale outreach.
Use productivity and automation tools (including AI-enabled tools where appropriate) to improve content creation efficiency and engagement.
