Job summary

PERSOL Singapore PTE. LTD. invites an experienced Options Training Specialist to grow its education offerings and support business growth. You will educate clients on US-listed options, market insights, and platform enablement.

You will design structured programmes, deliver regular training, produce market commentary, and create resources like guides and videos. Strong presentation skills and ability to engage audiences across levels are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or related.
• Minimum 5 years in options trading, derivatives advisory, brokerage, wealth management, or private banking.
• Strong knowledge of US listed options, Greeks, volatility, strategies, and risk management.
• Ability to explain complex options concepts clearly to varied audiences.
• Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to develop clear educational materials, market commentary, and digital content.
• Familiarity with options trading platforms and onboarding workflows.
• Knowledge of OTC derivatives and structured investments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regular training sessions for clients and internal sales teams on options concepts.
• Develop education programmes from introductory to advanced levels on options.
• Produce market commentary and actionable listed options ideas focused on US equities.
• Create resources such as strategy guides, playbooks, decks, and examples.
• Host client-facing seminars, webinars, workshops, and market briefings.
• Support client acquisition and retention through education-led engagement and insights.
• Serve as SME for options trading platforms, onboarding and best practices.
• Conduct live platform demonstrations for clients and internal teams.
• Develop digital content: presentations, newsletters, and videos.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve content creation and engagement.
