LMA RECRUITMENT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is partnering with a financial services institution to hire an Options Specialist in Singapore. You will drive growth in the listed options business, educate investors, and support onboarding across Pershing and IBKR platforms.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in derivatives, strong knowledge of US-listed options and Greeks, and excellent communication with diverse clients. MAS licensing is preferred.

Are you passionate about derivatives markets, investment strategies and helping investors navigate market opportunities?

We are partnering with an established financial services institution to identify an Options Specialist to support the expansion of its listed options business. This is an exciting opportunity for a market-savvy professional who combines technical expertise with strong presentation skills, commercial acumen and an interest in digital financial education.

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive Options Business Growth

• Identify and communicate trading opportunities across US-listed options, major index ETFs and leading US equities.
• Develop timely market insights, trade ideas and strategy recommendations to support client engagement.
• Work closely with sales teams to increase product awareness, deepen client relationships and drive business growth.

Educate & Engage Investors

• Design and deliver options training programmes for investors and internal sales teams, covering fundamentals, trading strategies, volatility and risk management.
• Host seminars, webinars, workshops and live market briefings for audiences ranging from beginners to experienced traders.
• Translate complex derivatives concepts into practical, accessible investment insights.

Champion Trading Platforms & Digital Engagement

• Conduct platform demonstrations and support client onboarding and trading proficiency across Pershing and Interactive Brokers (IBKR).
• Create engaging educational content, including strategy guides, market updates, newsletters, presentations and short-form videos.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and digital platforms to enhance content creation, streamline workflows and expand client outreach.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in options trading, derivatives, brokerage, investment advisory, wealth management or private banking.
• Strong knowledge of US-listed options, options Greeks, implied volatility, trading strategies and portfolio risk management.
• Confident presenter with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage diverse client segments.
• Commercially minded, proactive and passionate about client education and business development.
• Familiarity with AI and content creation tools is an advantage.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant MAS representative licensing, or eligibility for appointment, is preferred.
• Experience with OTC derivatives or structured investments would be an added advantage.
