Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 5+ years in a process integration/yield improvement role in optoelectronics or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong foundation in semiconductor physics and engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with JMP and data analysis tools; Python is a plus.

• Design and develop Optical Interposer products to optimize yield and performance.
• Lead yield improvement and defect reduction initiatives across designs.
• Conduct data analysis, problem characterization, and root-cause fault isolation for yield issues.
• Define and document failure modes, material impact, and fallout percentages for corrective actions.
• Monitor and present yield data from fabrication partners.
• Implement checklists and 'lessons learned' documentation to support ongoing yields.
