You will analyze complex yield data, conduct root‑cause investigations, and collaborate with internal teams and fabrication partners to ensure reliable, manufacturable designs. The role emphasizes statistical data analysis, DMAIC problem solving, and hands‑on development of robust processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years in a process integration role focused on yield improvement.
• Strong background in semiconductor physics and engineering fundamentals; familiarity with failure mechanisms.
• Proficiency in JMP and Python for engineering data analysis; experience with DMAIC approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Optical Interposer products with yield/performance optimization.
• Lead yield improvement and defect reduction across optical engine designs.
• Analyze data, characterize problems, and perform root-cause fault isolation for yield issues.
• Define failure modes, material impact, and fallout percentages to guide corrective actions.
• Monitor and present yield data from fabrication partners.
• Create checklists and lessons learned to support yield-improvement activities.
• Perform yield correlation and failure-analysis (electrical, optical, physical) and assist other tasks.
