Job summary

D&J Badminton is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) / General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, HR, and business development for the Singapore academy with multiple training venues. You will drive efficiency, governance, and growth across operations, finance, and stakeholder engagement in a hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant management or operations experience with team leadership.
• Strong leadership, organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Good financial awareness, including budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple training venues.
• Lead and manage the administrative team and HR matters.
• Coordinate training programmes, events, and coaching resources.
• Maintain strong parent, student and coach relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor revenue, expenses and programme profitability; support budgeting.
• Prepare management reports and improve systems through digitalisation.
