Job summary

The Deputy Manager - Warehouse and Cold Chain Management is responsible for the operations of the Warehouse. He/She manages the operational policies, standards and procedures, and leads the implementation of warehousing solutions, on-site solutions and processes, and delivering service excellence.

He/She is also responsible for managing business resources, overall customer service quality and relationships.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of relevant experience in Warehouse Operations or Vendor Management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lead across functions and implement warehousing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and customer service activities to grow revenue within assigned verticals.
• Manage transportation operations and ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery.
• Lead warehousing, cargo handling and related safety and quality standards.
