Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Warehouse Operations and Vendor Management.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer attraction and retention strategies to improve loyalty.
• Collaborate with key account managers to identify new businesses and grow relationships.
• Develop business plans to grow markets of vertical sectors and the business.
• Lead transportation and warehousing activities to meet customer requirements and timelines.
• Review warehousing standards and optimise storage, layout, and cargo handling.
• Ensure security, safety and risk controls across warehousing and transport operations.
