Job summary

ST Logistics is seeking a Deputy Manager for Warehouse and Cold Chain Management in Singapore. The role oversees warehouse operations, policies, and procedures, and leads warehousing solutions, on-site processes, and safety initiatives to deliver service excellence.

You will manage resources, customer service quality, and drive the adoption of technology to enhance productivity. The job requires leadership, independent decision making, and risk management within a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent certifications.
• 7–10 years of relevant working experience in Warehouse Operations/Vendor Management.
• Basic knowledge of SAP/WMS/ERP Systems.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office/Power Platform Applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive effective warehouse and cold chain management ensuring policy compliance and service excellence.
• Lead the implementation of warehousing solutions, on-site processes and technology adoption to boost productivity, efficiency and safety.
• Oversee security, risk management and incident response within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage resources and customer service quality.
