Responsibilities

• Accountable for annual business budget and delivery, balancing revenue with operating costs.
• Lead and chair the operational management team, ensuring delivery of projects on time and to client satisfaction.
• Drive Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) excellence and risk management across the discipline.
• Develop and mentor leaders, recruit top talent, and foster a culture of performance and accountability.
• Engage clients, maintain key relationships, and identify opportunities for value across projects.
