Job summary

Castlery is seeking an Onsite E-Commerce Senior Specialist to join our Ecommerce team in Singapore. You’ll manage the on-site shopping experience across collections, categories, and product pages, coordinating with web ops and the tech team to deliver features that enhance conversion and retention.

The role requires 3+ years in DTC e-commerce with Shopify experience, along with familiarity with email marketing (Klaviyo) and data analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DTC e-commerce with hands-on Shopify storefront experience.
• Exposure to email marketing and/or CRM/lifecycle platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
• Strong analytical instincts; comfortable with platform analytics tools and turning data into action.

Responsibilities

• Own the on-site shopping experience across collection, category, and product pages; resolve UX/UI issues with web ops.
• Scope and project-manage new site features and experiences with the tech team to plan, prioritize, and launch on time.
• Partner with tech to execute on-page SEO, metadata, site structure, and internal linking to support organic growth.
• Keep product listings, pricing, and promotions accurate and consistent.
• Support email marketing and lifecycle campaigns; monitor CRM performance and opportunities for personalization.
