Job summary

Klaviyo is hiring an Senior Onboarding Specialist, APAC, in Singapore. You will lead new customer onboarding from sale through go-live, ensuring successful adoption and early revenue through strong coordination with Sales, Success, and Engineering.

As a founding member of the Singapore team, you will shape onboarding playbooks for APAC, balance hands-on work with scalable processes, and drive customer outcomes across diverse businesses while collaborating across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer onboarding, implementation, or related SaaS experience.
• Strong project management skills with multiple simultaneous deployments.
• Clear, thoughtful communicator across phone, video, and email.

Responsibilities

• Own new customer relationships from sale through go-live and beyond.
• Lead implementation scope, plans, resourcing and timelines for each customer.
• Provide strategic onboarding advice and best practices for initial campaigns and flows.
• Support customers with integrations, data setup, and marketing strategy.
