Job summary

dp architects is seeking aResident Technical Officer to supervise on-site activities for residential/mixed development projects. The role includes coordinating with the Resident Engineer and other on-site teams, ensuring quality across civil, structural and architectural works, and maintaining comprehensive daily site records for progress, instructions, materials, weather, and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience on residential/mixed developments.
• Accreditation with the IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC).
• Experience in precast construction is preferred.
• Able to work overtime when required by schedule.

Responsibilities

• On-site supervision of C&S, architectural and related works.
• Assist Resident Engineer and coordinate with other RT0 on site.
• Quality control of civil, structural and architectural works.
• Maintain daily site records: progress, instructions, materials, weather and visitors.
