Job summary

LE FONG BUILDING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable site supervisor to plan daily work schedules, coordinate on-site crews, and supervise all construction activities on site in Singapore.

You will ensure safety, manage resources, and meet project deadlines while maintaining quality and budget. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience, AutoCAD knowledge, and driving licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction.
• Proficiency in site coordination and communication.
• Experience with AutoCAD drawings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily work schedule with resources requisition and project prep.
• Oversee all projects to meet timeframe and specs.
• Supervise and coordinate construction work on site.
• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate internal/external teams.
• Control costs and ensure project completion within budget.
• Attend site inspections and meetings with consultants/clients.
• Manage site workers to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Handle arrangements with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and WSH Act provisions.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
