Senior On-Site Architect for MRT/LTA Projects

Job summary

Citadel Search in Singapore is seeking an experienced registered Resident Architect to lead and supervise all architectural works of an LTA project on site. You will ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and contractual requirements throughout construction and handover to CWW.

You will drive the architectural workstream from design to construction and handover, coordinate with LTA Architectural Team, consultants, contractors and other disciplines to resolve interfaces, and

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience, incl. 5 years on MRT/LTA projects in construction supervision.
• Registered Architect with Board of Architects Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of architectural construction, detailing, materials, finishes and site coordination.
• Familiar with LTA requirements, specifications, procedures and documentation.
• Good coordination and communication with consultants, contractors and LTA project.
• Willing to work 5.5 or alternate 6 days, 8-6pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site delivery of architectural works ensuring quality and compliance.
• Drive architectural workstream from design to handover.
• Coordinate with LTA team, consultants, contractors and other disciplines to resolve interfaces.
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, submissions, samples and method statements.
• Monitor progress, workmanship and quality; resolve site issues and design discrepancies.
• Manage RFIs, technical queries, site instructions, non-conformances and defects.
• Oversee architectural close-out through completion, testing and handover.
• Ensure records and documentation for inspections, submissions and approvals.
