Rotating Offshore Solutions Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead design and verification of electrical systems for offshore, marine and oil & gas projects in Singapore.

You will develop SLDs, cables, wiring diagrams and equipment specs, and coordinate with control engineers to ensure integration with PLC, DCS and SCADA systems. At least 10 years in relevant fields is required, with strong AutoCAD proficiency.

Formación

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant electrical engineering experience in oil & gas, offshore, marine, shipbuilding or EPC projects.
• Strong experience in electrical design, engineering calculations and preparation of technical documentation.
• Experience with generator packages, switchboards, MCCs, power distribution and electrical control systems.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Experience coordinating with clients, vendors, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage engineering deliverables independently and meet project deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review and verify electrical engineering deliverables for offshore, marine and oil & gas projects.
• Develop and review SLD, schematic, wiring and interconnection diagrams.
• Prepare electrical load lists, load calculations, cable sizing, voltage-drop and short-circuit calculations.
• Perform cable sizing, routing, tray layout, equipment sizing and develop schedules.
• Prepare equipment specifications, datasheets, material requisitions and technical bid evaluations.
• Review electrical layouts, lighting, earthing and bonding, and installation drawings.
• Design and review generator packages, emergency generators and diesel systems.
• Coordinate with control system engineers for electrical control, monitoring, alarms and shutdown interfaces.
• Support integration with PLC, DCS, PMS and SCADA systems.
• Ensure compliance with IEC standards, class requirements and client standards.
• Coordinate with shipyards, EPC contractors, vendors, consultants and clients.
• Ensure designs meet marine classification requirements (DNV, ABS, etc.).
• Support FAT, SAT and electrical system commissioning.
