Job summary

UOB in Singapore seeks a Product Programme Governance & Coordination professional to manage end-to-end PP governance in line with Group policies. You will coordinate monthly reviews, gather inputs from all locations, and ensure timely feedback and submissions.

You will liaise with regional teams across regions to assess material changes, ensure operational readiness for new products, update SOPs, set up GL accounts, and support regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in financial operations or product governance.
• Detail-oriented with proactive governance mindset.
• Proficient in VBA for Excel/Word/Access.
• Knowledge of derivative products; Python a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end PP governance aligned with Group policies.
• Coordinate monthly PP reviews and ensure timely submissions.
• Liaise with regional teams and escalate to Group as needed.
• Ensure operational readiness for new products including SOPs, GL setup, regulatory reporting.

**Job Description****Product Programme (PP) Governance & Coordination*** Manage the end-to-end PP governance process in alignment with Group policies.* Coordinate monthly PP reviews and ensure timely feedback and submissions from all locations.* Liaise with internal teams across regions to assess material changes and escalate to Group when necessary.* Ensure operational readiness for new products, including SOP updates, GL account setup, and regulatory reporting.* Monitor documentation and ensure timely finalization and approval of PP.**Operational Oversight & Reporting*** Coordinate with internal teams to gather and submit transaction volume data for reporting.* Collaborate with Business, Finance, Compliance, and Legal teams to assess operational impacts.**Automation & Process Improvement*** Develop and implement desktop automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.* Create and maintain VBA scripts for automating tasks in Excel, Word, and Access.* Identify workflow improvement opportunities and collaborate with team members to implement solutions.* Maintain documentation of automation tools and processes.**Job Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.* 3–5 years of experience in financial operations, product governance, or risk and control functions.* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to governance and control.* Demonstrated proficiency in VBA programming (Excel, Word, Access).* Working knowledge of derivative products is preferred.* Familiarity with Python is an advantage but not required.* Prior experience in market operations or a related field is highly desirable.* Candidate will be considered either a Senior Officer or Manager, depending on experience/background.
