5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a Senior Officer, Account Origination under COPC to process unsecured and secured applications with accuracy and within SLAs, ensuring data integrity for quality service.

The role requires a degree with 1–2 years in banking, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Macros; English communication must be strong. Training is provided for entry-level candidates.

• Degree holder with 1-2 years of banking sector experience.
• Open to entry level; on the job training provided.
• Able to multi-task and cope with change in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think objectively and 'think outside the box' when analyzing issues.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent communication.
• Good command of English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and macro.
• Team player, self-motivated and resourceful.

• Streamline processes to reduce costs and turnaround time without compromising quality and risk.

• Conduct internal reviews/tests for compliance.
• Assist with data analysis, report findings and corrective actions.
• Handle administrative duties like filing, printing, scanning, and archiving.

ob Responsibilities

• Ensure that all unsecured and secured applications are processed with accuracy in accordance to the guidelines set by the bank, and within stipulated SLAs. This includes and are not limited to:
  • Process and verify authentication checks &/or data entries
  • Perform and verify accurate income computation
  • Ensure accurate input/output to enable good customer service delivery
• Achieve continuous process improvement in COPC
• Streamline processes to reduce operating cost and turnaround time without compromising quality and risk.
• Documentation of procedures to ensure compliance with group policies in procedures.
• Conduct internal reviews / tests to ensure compliance
• Assist with data analysis, report findings, recommend corrective actions and preventive actions for review.
• Handle administrative duties that include but are not limited to filing, printing, scanning, archiving

Job Requirements

• Degree holder with 1-2 years of working experience in the banking sector
