Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver inpatient care across wards.

You will assess patients, develop individualised rehabilitation plans and support functional independence, with focus on dementia, psychiatric, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. You will supervise Therapy Assistants, provide clinical supervision to staff, and lead training sessions for caregivers and the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assessment and intervention for patients in inpatient wards.
• Develop individualised treatment plans and rehabilitation goals.
• Conduct therapy programmes for patients with dementia, psychiatric, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Monitor treatment outcomes and review progress with the rehabilitation team.
• Supervise Therapy Assistants and volunteers in rehabilitation activities.
• Provide clinical supervision to Occupational Therapists under conditional registration.
• Conduct training and education sessions for caregivers, Therapy Assistants and healthcare team members.
• Participate in service improvement, clinical research and quality assurance initiatives.
