Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality assessment and treatment within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team in Singapore.

The role involves assessing inpatient clients, developing individualised care plans and goals, planning OT programmes for dementia, psychiatric, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, reviewing progress, supervising therapists and coordinating training. EA License No: 20C0270.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy assessment and treatment as part of the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Assess inpatient clients and develop individualised care plans, therapeutic goals and intervention strategies.
• Plan and implement occupational therapy programmes for clients with dementia, psychiatric, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Review clients' progress and participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and care planning meetings.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Therapy Assistants, volunteers and Occupational Therapists under conditional registration.
• Coordinate training and education for Therapy Assistants, caregivers and rehabilitation team members.
• Contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives, research projects and evidence-based practice.
• Support the development and improvement of occupational therapy services and clinical practices.
