wecruit pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to assess and intervene with patients in inpatient wards, developing personalised plans to enhance functional independence and recovery.

You will supervise Therapy Assistants, provide clinical supervision under conditional registration, and lead training sessions for caregivers and healthcare staff while contributing to service improvement and clinical research.

• Provide occupational therapy assessment and intervention for patients in inpatient wards.
• Develop individualised treatment plans and rehabilitation goals to support patients' functional independence and recovery.
• Conduct therapy programmes for patients with dementia, psychiatric, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Monitor treatment outcomes and review patients' progress with the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Supervise Therapy Assistants and volunteers in relevant rehabilitation activities.
• Provide clinical supervision to Occupational Therapists under conditional registration.
