Job summary

You will assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and daily living needs and design targeted interventions to restore independence and quality of life. Qualifications

• Possess a recognized Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and occupational needs to design intervention plans.
• Support clients to participate meaningfully in living environments.
• Conduct training sessions for caregivers and family members.
• Prescribe mobility aids or assistive devices as needed.
• Perform home environment assessments for safety and accessibility.
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical research, and training for staff.
