The role involves evaluating needs, designing evidence-based plans, and training caregivers across multiple centres in Singapore. Opportunities include permanent full-time and part-time positions with at least three days per week, a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, and mentorship to grow your clinical expertise

Qualifications

• Possess a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced team environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities; proficient in Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and occupational needs to design targeted plans.
• Support clients in participating fully within their living environments.
• Conduct structured training for caregivers and family members.
• Prescribe mobility aids or assistive devices, including motorized equipment.
• Perform home environment assessments and safety modifications.
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical research, and cross-functional projects.
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and service standards.
