Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Singapore invites a senior Nursing leader to drive clinical governance, quality and patient safety across the clinic network. You will establish governance, lead audits, and partner with operations to ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of care.

This role requires SNB registration, 8–10 years of nursing leadership experience, dialysis expertise preferred, and strong data analytics with stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with SNB registration and General Licence.
• Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management or quality is advantageous.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems and clinical audits is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic nursing leadership for Singapore clinic network.
• Establish a governance framework covering accountability and decision-making.
• Lead nursing quality audits, risk management, and CAPA execution.
• Oversee clinical education, competency and professional development.
• Coordinate regulatory licensing, inspections and accreditation readiness.
