Job summary

The Salvation Army, Singapore – Peacehaven Nursing Home in Singapore is seeking a Registered Nurse to assist in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care. You will maintain accurate records, participate in orientation and in-service education, and supervise other staff as required.

Under supervision, you will analyze and implement care plans, coordinate clinical activities, pack and update medications, monitor residents, report abnormalities, and support daily living

Qualifications

• Local Polytechnic Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent is acceptable.
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board as Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for residents.
• Maintain accurate care records and participate in staff training.
• Supervise staff and support daily living activities for residents.
• Pack and administer medications, updating medical records.
