Job summary

The Salvation Army Singapore's Peacehaven Nursing Home invites applications for a caring nursing aide. You will support staff, monitor residents, assist with daily activities and basic nursing tasks in a warm, respectful environment.

The role requires ITE WS or Nursing diploma/Nitec qualifications, 44-hour week over six days, and compliance with safety and confidentiality policies. Training will be provided to assist nurses and ensure resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• ITE WS qualification holders eligible.
• Diploma in Nursing, Higher Nitec in Nursing, or Nitec in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Support residents and care staff according to training.
• Monitor residents' safety and observe behaviour.
• Assist with basic nursing duties: feeding, bathing, hygiene.
• Document nursing care and maintain confidentiality.
• Adhere to policies and participate in staff meetings.
