Peacehaven Nursing Home, operated by The Salvation Army Singapore, invites applications for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care team in Singapore. You will deliver compassionate nursing care to residents, ensure precise medication administration, and support care staff in daily activities within a respectful, patient-centered environment.

Formación

• Local Polytechnic Diploma in Nursing / Nursing Studies
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent
• Registered in Singapore Nursing Board as Registered Nurse
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
• Demonstrate practical skills and knowledge in the eldercare sector

Responsabilidades

• Assist Manager in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of care, participate in orientation and in-service education programs and supervise other staff as required.
• Work under supervision of Manager to analyse, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for residents; coordinate and implement care plans.
• Pack and serve medication and update residents' medical records.
• Conduct rounds to ensure residents are well and safe and report abnormalities for immediate treatment and follow up with supervisor.
• Identify problems related to illness and decline in functional, cognitive abilities and advocate early medical attention.
• Support the care staff in attending to the needs of the residents for activities of daily living.
• Supervise and carry out complex procedures as required.
• Be familiar with nursing care and emergency evacuation procedures to attend emergencies.
