Job summary

manpower staffing services (singapore) pte ltd is seeking an onsite manufacturing lead for our TPM Operations team, responsible for transferring new products and processes from R&D into production, and sustaining post-transfer initiatives to ensure compliant, robust, and fully validated manufacturing processes.

You will own process documentation (SOPs, WIs, validation protocols), monitor KPIs like first-pass yield and machine uptime, lead change controls, and coordinate cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in the medical device or similar regulated industry, focusing on manufacturing, NPI, or process engineering.
• Hands-on experience in process development, equipment installation and commissioning, and FAT/SAT activities.
• Demonstrated leadership in process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Solid foundation in general engineering principles and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Write process specifications and equipment requirements with TPM stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain process documentation (SOPs, WIs, inspection plans, validation protocols).
• Review line design, capacity estimates, and cycle time analyses.
• Lead process monitoring and drive KPIs (yield, uptime, defect rates).
• Ensure training, materials, equipment, and quality controls for production.
• Manage change controls affecting product design or validated processes.
• Support technical project plans and schedules for site engineering activities.
• Provide status updates to Operations Management and maintain cross-functional alignment.
