Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with Node.js and React.
• Experience designing REST or GraphQL APIs and managing API versions.
• Proficiency with modern git workflows, CI/CD, and cloud infra (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Strong data modelling, system design, and distributed systems debugging skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production features end-to-end across Node.js backends and React frontends.
• Design and version REST or GraphQL APIs serving frontend-backend contracts.
• Make architecture decisions around data modelling and service boundaries.
• Query relational and NoSQL data stores and ensure observability in live systems.
• Write clean, well-tested code and own software quality across the stack.
